Employment

Seldom Seen Farm is a transitional organic vegetable and flower farm. While we have not sought organic certification, our practices, inputs and production methods are similar to other certified organic operations. Vegetable farming can be intense physical work. We expect applicants to be in good health and able to stand up to the heat of an Indiana summer.

Despite the summer heat, there are many benefits to veggie farming. The outdoors takes the place of an office and days are spent on a variety of tasks. The fruits of your labor are visible everywhere, and can even be enjoyed for dinner.

All positions include free access to field and off spec vegetables.
